Madison law enforcement officials are currently on the lookout for Michael Norsetter-Shiner, the suspect in a deadly accident that claimed the life of a former Madison firefighter.
Despite having a warrant for his arrest, authorities have been unable to locate Norsetter-Shiner since his release from the hospital earlier this week.
He stands accused of causing the death of 77-year-old Rick Andersen in a collision along Packer Avenue in December, allegedly while engaging in a race with another vehicle.
