
Charges have officially been filed against the De Pere woman accused of selling drugs out of a childcare center in Green Bay.
According to a report on NBC 26 out of Green Bay, Tatiana Quinones is facing charges of Conspiracy to Deliver Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance at a Youth Center, Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl, and Possession of THC and Drug Paraphernalia.
Quinones was arrested after a confidential informant met with her in the parking lot of the Green Bay Academy to purchase fentanyl.
The buyer was able to get 50 pills from Quinones and learned that they have been stored in the “1-year-old-room”.
When questioned, Quinones admitted to selling the drug but claimed she did not take them.
She is due back in court on March 5th, while the Green Bay Academy had their license revoked for this and eleven other violations.
