
The Manitowoc Lincoln girls ran into a buzzsaw at the JFK Fieldhouse last night.
The Notre Dame Tritons entered the contest at 17-1, and would improve that record to 18-1 with an 88-39 win.
The Ships started slow, only netting 16 points in the first half while allowing 51, and could never recover.
Taylor Peterson led the Ships with 14 points, while Laurin Hamann added 11.
The Tritons’ Gracie Grzesk led all scorers with 20.
Manitowoc Lincoln falls to 10-9 as they enter the final five games of the regular season.
Their next matchup is Friday when they travel to Pulaski.
