The initial investigation into the death of a woman who succumbed to the cold at a bus station in Milwaukee two weeks ago reveals that paramedics failed to exit their ambulance.
The Milwaukee Fire Department disclosed that they received a 911 call from Jolene Waldref on January 15th and dispatched a private paramedic crew.
Despite claiming to have searched for Waldref, the paramedics remained inside the ambulance.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner confirmed that Waldref perished from exposure to the cold.
