The 18-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted three girls at a Green Bay hotel has been identified.
According to CCAP, Mauricio Powless is facing charges of Attempted 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Person Under 13, False Imprisonment, and two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
WBAY TV in Green Bay reports that the string of incidents occurred at the Tundra Lodge, with the first happening on January 20th.
Powless allegedly pulled down the pants of a 10-year-old girl in an elevator and tried to prevent her from leaving the elevator.
That same day, a 13-year-old girl reported that Powless had touched her inappropriately in a hallway.
Five days later, he struck again, this time touching a different 13-year-old girl in an elevator and asking to kiss her.
Powless is being held on $40,000 cash bond and is due back in court on February 9th.
