A massive night by a Manitowoc Lincoln Senior helped give the Ships girls a win over Bay Port last night.
Despite being held scoreless in the first half, Grace Fruzen ended the game at the JFK Fieldhouse with 20 points to lead the Ships to a 66-52 win over the Pirates.
The game was close in the first half, with Lincoln holding a 26-23 lead entering the break, but then Fruzen and Laurin Hamman went off in the second half.
Both shooters scored all their points in the second half, with Hamann ending the night with 9, while Fruzen nailed three 3s and went 5 for 6 at the free throw line.
Also contributing heavily were Maddie Johnson and Kendall Schmitz, who each had 10 points on the night.
The Ships are now on a three-game win streak and sit at an even 7-7.
They will be back in action Friday as they travel to Ashwaubenon to take on the Jaguars.
