Last week we spoke with Manitowoc Public School District Superintendent Mark Holzman about what they do to ensure schools under their watch are safe. We spoke with Two Rivers Public School District Superintendent Lisa Quisdof and she told us they are equally as concerned about the safety of the students and staff at their schools.
If an incident were to occur, the TRPSD has what they believe is a solid first line of defense.
However, the students and staff aren’t completely in the dark either.
On top of proper training, the school district also added several new cameras in the five schools they are responsible for. Those cameras have a direct feed to the Two Rivers Police Department. If you have any questions about the safety of the schools in the Two Rivers Public School District, contact their office, at 793-4560.
