James Morgan of Janesville is facing federal charges for possessing destructive devices after multiple such devices were discovered on his property.
Acting on a tip, the Federal Bureau of Investigation obtained a warrant and found six homemade destructive devices in Morgan’s travel trailer, along with materials for creating more.
If convicted, Morgan could face a ten-year prison sentence.
