
It is a busy day (January 3rd) in the City of Two Rivers, as three meetings are on the calendar.
The Police and Fire Commission will start the evening off at 4:30 p.m., as they will be in the Council Chambers to discuss police staffing updates.
They will also enter a closed session to discuss a personnel matter and the promotion process.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Public Works Committee will be in the Committee Room, where they will give the public time to voice input.
Then, they will review the 2023 sidewalk contract before discussing phases 3 and 4 of the Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision and other upcoming projects.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, which will be in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
They will also give the public time to voice their input before announcing the new tourism director for the city.
They will also honor Kim Pritzl and Tim Bruder, who have both retired after 25 and 21 years of service to the city, respectively.
