The Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has announced the end of the road test waiver program for new drivers, which was implemented during the COVID outbreak.
New drivers will once again be required to demonstrate their skills on the road.
Despite issuing nearly 170,000 waivers over the past three years, the DMV decided to end the program, citing no observed negative effects.
