
For just shy of one-third of a year, the gas prices in Eastern Wisconsin have been on a steady decline.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, since this time last week, Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon has dropped six cents to $2.70, marking the 17th straight week of declines.
Sheboygan County saw a five-cent drop to $2.68, while Calumet County motorists are paying three cents less per gallon, now averaging $2.71.
Outagamie County’s average dipped four cents to $2.54, while Brown and Kewaunee Counties each reported six-cent declines and now sit at $2.71 and $2.69, respectively.
Door County’s average has only dipped a penny since this time last week and now sits at $2.70 per gallon.
The state average is down three cents to $2.69, and the national average dipped two cents to $3.10.
