Man Reaches Plea Agreement For Sex Crime Charges

A Wauwatosa man has entered guilty pleas to charges of sexual assault of a child and using a computer to facilitate a sex crime.  Eugene Gross appeared in Waukesha County Court Monday, where several charges against him were dropped.  Gross had been charged last year with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy he met online.  His sentencing has been set for May 2nd.  The defense attorney for Gross says his client is remorseful and an apology will be offered at that time.  The dropped charges included 10 counts of child porn possession.
