In what appeared to be a good matchup on paper, Kiel dominated Manitowoc Lutheran 78-30 yesterday (December 27th) as a part of the Big East/EWC Challenge.
The teams had combined for a 15-1 record entering the game, which was all Raiders from the get-go.
In front of a home crowd, Kiel soared to a 56-15 lead at the break and cruised the rest of the way for the 48-point win.
The Raiders were led by Grant Manz, who netted 21 points, while Pierce Arenz and Braden Aprill each added 15.
The Lancers were led by Noah Lukasek, who had 8 points, while Caden Stanzel and Wesley Hecker each accounted for 6.
Kiel will look to continue their unbeaten streak as the Big East/EWC Challenge moves to Random Lake High School.
The Raiders will take on the host school, while the Lancers will try to bounce back against New Holstein.
