
A Manitowoc man is facing charges after he tried and failed to flush his drug stash.
A team of officers with the Manitowoc Police Department conducted a search warrant on a home in the 1200 block of South 18th Street on Monday (December 18th), where a total of 23.1 grams of cocaine was located.
The investigators spoke with a 42-year-old man living in the home, who admitted to selling the drug out of his home.
Some cocaine was found on the floor of the bathroom and on the toilet seat, to which the man told police if he had “20 more seconds” all of the drug would have been flushed down the toilet.
The man was arrested on charges of being the Keeper of a Drug House, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver, possession of THC and Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing, and being a repeat drug offender.
