
The gas prices in Eastern Wisconsin have dipped again, marking 14 straight weeks of declines.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, Manitowoc County saw a decline of four cents over the past week to an average of $2.81 per gallon, a price not seen in exactly one year.
In the third week of December last year, Manitowoc County’s average was sitting at $2.75 before jumping twelve cents the week of Christmas.
Meanwhile, Sheboygan County saw a three-cent dip to $2.80, while Calumet County’s average is down four cents to $2.75.
Outagamie County reported an eight-cent decline to $2.67, the lowest price in our area, while Brown County’s average is down three cents to $2.82.
Kewaunee County also saw an eight-cent drop to $2.78, while Door County reported the sharpest decline, falling 16 cents to $2.72 per gallon over the past week.
The state average is down six cents to $2.75, while the national average dipped five cents to $3.08.
