A Fond du Lac man is fighting for his life after being hit by a vehicle while riding his bike.
The 31-year-old man was riding his bike on Highway 16/60 in the Town of Elba at around 5:30 Friday evening when he was hit by a 28-year-old woman driving an SUV.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office reports that the man, who was wearing a helmet, suffered serious, potentially life-threatening injuries and was taken via helicopter to UW Hospital.
No names have been released, and no updates have been given on the biker’s status.
