An Outagamie County judge has sentenced a 19-year-old man to two years in prison after a jury found he was criminally negligent in a fatal car crash. A Snapchat showed the vehicle Blake Doxtator was driving October 31st, 2016, was going 97 miles-an-hour shortly before he lost control. Thirteen-year-old Braxton Kasee died in the accident and volunteer firefighter John Brocker died of a heart attack while he was working the accident. Doxtator originally told police he hit a deer, then he claimed he swerved to miss a deer. He lost control when the vehicle hit a bump in the road. One of his passengers told investigators Doxtator told them to support his story about the deer.
