It will be a busy day today (December 11th) in the City of Manitowoc, as there are three meetings on tap.
The Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission will meet at 4:00 p.m. in the MPU office while, at 4:30, the Police and Fire Commission will meet in the lower level of the public safety building.
They will give the public time to comment before looking over their usual reports and the Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department Battalion Chief eligibility list.
Closing out the day will be the Public Safety Committee, which will meet in the council chambers at 5:30 p.m.
After giving the public time to comment and looking over their usual monthly reports, the group will discuss a request for a crosswalk to be added in front of Burger Boat on Spring Street and another at the intersection of Rapids Road and Ellis Street.
They will also look over a request for a deaf child sign to be installed in the 1200 block of North 8th Street.
