The City of Manitowoc is reminding residents that they are holding a public involvement meeting regarding an upcoming road reconstruction project.
The meeting will be held in City Hall on Tuesday (December 12th) starting at 4:00 p.m. and will focus on the proposed reconstruction of South 30th Street.
That project, tentatively planned for the summer of 2026, will stretch from just south of the Dewey Street intersection to the intersection with Viebahn Street.
Those who attend the meeting will see a presentation on the proposed reconstruction provided by the consulting firm Ayres, along with design concepts.
The public will be given time to comment as well with an informal discussion to follow the presentation.
