A Green Bay man has been convicted in a sexual assault case, and the victim’s father played a major part in his arrest.
22-year-old Kevin Green was previously found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child and was ordered to spend one year in jail and 12 years probation.
The crime against a then 14-year-old girl occurred in 2019, and the victim’s father put up “Wanted” posters around town.
The poster showed a picture of Green along with an address and said that he was “preying on underage girls”.
The criminal complaint notes that Green and the victim met in 2016 but started being physical in 2019.
The victim told police that Green would get too physical, choking and pulling her hair and even hitting her on multiple occasions.
