
There are three meetings scheduled to start the week in the City of Two Rivers.
The Committee on Aging is up first at 8:30 this morning (December 4th) in the Senior Center Library.
They will hear input from the public before going over their usual committee reports.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Public Utilities Committee will gather in the Committee Room in City Hall, where they will also hear input from the public.
They will then discuss several scattered lead water service replacements scheduled for next year and the Roosevelt Street reconstruction also scheduled for next year. Closing out the day will be the City Council, which will be in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
City Manager Greg Buckley Will talk about the 2024 election and the candidacy packets that are available for those interested in running for a City Council seat.
The council will also enter a close session to discuss matters pertaining to changes in water and sewer connections for the Van der Brohe Arboretum located at 3800 Lincoln Ave.
