A Manitowoc man has been sentenced in an OWI Case from 2020.
Brian Keith Kamke was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on his 6th OWI and was ordered by Judge Robert Dewayne to spend a year and a half in prison followed by three years on extended supervision.
Kamke was arrested in May of 2020 after he crashed his car into a utility pole in the area of Clipper Drive and South 42nd Street but fled the scene.
Kamke reportedly told a witness that he would call police when he got home, but the witness took down his plate number and reported it to police.
Kamke was also ordered to maintain absolute sobriety upon his release and maintain full-time employment, schooling, work search, or a combination of the three.
