Police responded to a 911 call reporting a physical altercation early Saturday morning. Officers arrived at the home on the 1600 block of Hamilton Street at around 3:00 AM and questioned all four people at the residence. Denisha Gordon told police that the other woman had attacked her, while the others stated the opposite. According to the majority, the group had been drinking all night, before Gordon went to bed. Her Girlfriend, Dana Meeks, told police that she tried to help by covering her up and taking off her shoes. It was then that Gordon allegedly got up and started striking Meeks. Another person heard the commotion, and separated the two, bringing Gordon upstairs. Gordon then allegedly grabbed a knife, and cut up a pair of shoes, and broke a television. The others at the house validated Meeks’ story, and Gordon was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.
