Health officials in Milwaukee County have reported a notable increase in COVID cases following the Thanksgiving holiday.
Dr. Ben Weston revealed that both positive cases and hospitalizations have risen by 20% this month, with 99 individuals currently hospitalized.
While not reaching the peaks seen with the original virus or the omicron variant, Weston emphasized that this surge serves as a reminder that COVID has not disappeared.
