Wisconsin has reported another case of bird flu.
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection confirmed that highly pathogenic avian influenza was discovered in Trempealeau County.
The press release reveals that the commercial flock of birds will be killed.
This is the second instance of the virus in Wisconsin this year, with the first reported in Taylor County.
Bird flu is a highly contagious disease that typically results in the death of domestic poultry.
