AAA says they expect to rescue over 360,000 stranded motorists nationwide over Thanksgiving weekend.
It is estimated that more than 960,000 Wisconsinites will be hitting the road for the holiday, and roughly a third are expected to call AAA for flat tires, dead batteries, and lockouts.
The company is reminding travelers to check over their vehicles before hitting the road.
The most important parts to look over are the tires, batteries, and brakes.
Motorists should also replace wiper blades, fill up their windshield cleaner reservoir and other engine oils and liquids, and replenish their emergency kits.
