A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a July murder.
Mark Parks Jr., aged 21, is facing charges of first-degree intentional homicide.
Devonte Gafford was previously arrested by US Marshals in early August for the same shooting.
The victim, Devon Grant, was shot in July and succumbed to injuries later that day.
