Local golfers in Glendale are being hailed for their role in apprehending a suspect involved in a police chase.
The incident unfolded on Wednesday when an allegedly stolen SUV from Minnesota crashed along the I-43 guardrail.
Upon exiting the vehicle, two of the four individuals fled onto the Lincoln Park Golf Course.
One suspect sought refuge in a nearby port-a-potty, but two quick-thinking golfers tipped it over, effectively trapping the suspect until law enforcement arrived and made the arrest.
