The Manitowoc County Recycling Center is gearing up for America Recycles Day next week.
The celebration of recycling is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th, and it is a day designed to build awareness of recycling and its benefits and to encourage people to recycle correctly and buy recycled products.
Jon Reisenbuechler the Operations Manager for the Manitowoc County Recycling Center, says “By recycling, you can help reduce emissions of greenhouse gas and water pollution, save energy, supply valuable manufacturing materials, create jobs, and reduce the need for new landfills.”
