A Brown County man is facing charges after he allegedly stole over $10,000 from hotel slot machines.
39-year-old Jacob Reese was arrested back in September after police were called to a hotel in Bellevue on a theft complaint.
The gambling machines in the lobby of the hotel had been broken into three separate times, and a total of $14,025 was taken.
Investigators looked over the security footage and identified Reese as one of the suspects.
When they spoke with Reese on October 31st, he reportedly said he was acting as Robin Hood, as he would take the money and give it to people in his circle of friends.
He has been charged with Felony Theft of Movable Property, Criminal Damage to Property, Attempted Theft, two counts of Entry into a Locked Coin Box, and one count of Attempted Entry into a Locked Coin Box.
