*Original Story*
The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the owner of a dog involved in a biting incident.
The attack happened in the 300 block of North 5th Street on November 1st.
While little information on the actual attack was released, we do know it occurred at around 8:00 a.m. and the dog was described as having black and white medium-length hair and being medium in size.
The dog is also believed to go by the name of Rex.
