In response to alleged air pollution violations, a chemical manufacturing company, ChemDesign Products, Inc., has agreed to a settlement with the state.
The company will pay $150,000 in connection with reported issues at their Marinette facility.
These issues include six violations of air pollution control permits, related to the release of volatile organic compounds, exceeding emissions limits, and improper measurement and reporting of emissions levels.
A judgment order was recently finalized in Marinette County Circuit Court.
