A man, who goes by the name Taco, was detained by the Capitol Police in Madison for attempting to meet with Governor Tony Evers while carrying a gun.
The incident occurred on a Wednesday afternoon when the man arrived at the Capitol without a shirt and with a handgun, which is prohibited by law.
After his arrest, he was taken to jail, released on bail, and returned to the Capitol with a semi-automatic rifle demanding to speak with the governor again.
Unfortunately, the Capitol was closed for the day.
As a result, he was arrested again and is currently undergoing evaluation in the hospital.
