A 32-year-old Wausau man facing first-degree intentional homicide charges has entered an insanity plea. Eric Moen is accused of luring his friend outside to be killed November 16th. Investigators say Moen had known 52-year-old Charles Ramp for about four years and he had decided during his lunch break he was going to kill him. He got the victim to come outside his Tomahawk home by telling Ramp he was having car trouble. Police say Moen took his shotgun out of the car and shot Ramp five times, then drove away. He was finally taken into custody in western Wisconsin.
