Tanya Stammer
The woman charged in a 2021 home invasion and homicide in Kaukauna has been sentenced.
31-year-old Tanya Stammer previously pleaded guilty to a charge of 2nd Degree Intentional Homicide as a Party to the Crime while a charge of Armed Robbery as a Party to the Crime was dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Mark McGinnis sentenced Stammer to spend 23 years in prison followed by 20 years on extended supervision.
Stammer and Dontae Payne were both arrested after the body of Brian Porshe was found in his Kaukauna home in March 2021.
The duo allegedly targeted Porsche and attempted to make his home appear as though he had been robbed after killing him.
Payne is scheduled to have a five-day jury trial in July as he faces charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery, each as a Party to the Crime.
