The City of Manitowoc, along with the Manitowoc Police Department, has announced that Trick-or-Treat hours are changing.
Youngsters and their parents will still be able to get dressed up on Halloween and begin collecting candy at 5:00 p.m., but now, the window is three hours long.
Trick-or-treating will instead come to an end at 8:00 p.m. in the City.
The Police Department is again reminding those who are going to participate to bring a flashlight, only visit well-lit homes, and to never enter a stranger’s home.
And if you are looking to give away candy, you should make sure your front porch light is on.
