There is only one meeting today (September 25th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The City Council will be holding a work session in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. which will include the consideration of an amendment to the development agreement with Wine Not LLC.
That amendment would be in regard to the completion timeline and anticipated capital investment.
The Council will also discuss a land transfer agreement with the Two Rivers School District for the L.B. Clark project.
The council will also view a presentation on the progress of the development of the Van der Brohe Arboretum before discussing phase 3 of the Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision project.
