The Chamber of Manitowoc County is teaming up with Orion Energy Systems to help keep the lakeshore area safe, healthy, and well.
The Chamber will be hosting the 2023 Safety, Health, and Wellness Symposium on Wednesday, October 4th, at Orion, located at 2210 Woodland Drive in Manitowoc.
The event will kick off with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. along with some time to network before attendees will get a tour of the Orion plant.
OSHA will then give an update before two members of the rehab and physical therapy departments of Aurora Medical Center speak about helping employees work well.
A Bellin Health representative will also speak on employer-sponsored health benefits before the symposium comes to a close at around noon.
Registration can be done on the Chamber of Manitowoc County website at a cost of $25 for Chamber members and $50 for non-members.
Closed-toe shoes will be required for the tour of the plant.
