The incident unfolded last weekend when officers initiated a traffic stop on East Washington Avenue.
According to law enforcement, the U-Haul’s driver resorted to crossing the median in a bid to escape the pursuit, resulting in a collision.
The suspects, identified as 38-year-old Teneshia Johnson and 37-year-old Christopher
Aspinwall, fled the scene on foot, prompting a pursuit by officers and a K-9 unit.
