A Green Bay woman is recovering after being hit by a car early Thursday morning.
According to the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office, the Emergency Dispatch Center received a call at around 4:45 a.m. noting that a cyclist had been hit by a car near the intersection of County Highway C and South Chase Road northeast of Pulaski in the Town of Chase.
First responders found the 39-year-old woman had sustained a significant injury while the driver fled the scene.
The incident is still under investigation and no arrests have been made.
