Sheboygan Police Report Weapon Incident

The Sheboygan Police Department is reporting that there was an incident involving a weapon yesterday.  The SPD was called to the area of North 11^th Street and Lincoln Avenue at around 4:00 PM, on a report of a man firing a handgun into the air. The man was found in a nearby residence, and taken into custody. The gun was found by police, and the man was referred to the District Attorney’s Office for charges. According to SPD personnel, the incident is an isolated one, and there is no danger to the public.
