The Appleton Police Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing 3-year-old girl.
Charley Peeples was last seen with her grandmother in a 2002 dark-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee with the license plate number 700YPJ.
Charley is black with curly black hair. She stands about 2 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 46 pounds.
