Work is nearly complete on a major road construction project in Two Rivers.
In his recent City Manager’s report, Greg Buckley noted that the main line concrete paving work is done on Lincoln Street while crews continue to finish up the intersection, sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, and driveway approaches.
The project is expected to be completed by Labor Day (September 4th) with the possible exception of the terrace areas.
Meanwhile, at Neshotah Park, site preparation is underway for the new playground.
This includes a sidewalk that will be installed around the perimeter of the area, with the equipment expected to be installed next month.
A dedication of the playground is tentatively set for the morning of October 7th.
