
A 20-year-old Green Bay man facing charges in a stabbing case has been ordered to stand trial.
Jahir De La Pena-Rodriguez was officially charged with Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide for the incident that occurred on July 16th.
The police report indicates that De La Pena-Rodriguez and the victim, known only as G.A.G., were out at a bar before going to a home on Klaus Street.
The two allegedly got into a physical altercation before De La Pena-Rodriguez went into the kitchen, grabbed a knife, and attacked the victim while threatening to kill him.
The victim was stabbed but only suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the incident.
De La Pena-Rodriguez is due back in court on September 19th for an arraignment.
