Congressman Glenn Grothman is criticizing President Joe Biden and the Department of Education and they look to put an end to hunter and archery programs at schools.
In a news release, the Glenbeulah Republican said that the “push to outlaw hunter and archery programs deprives Wisconsin students of valuable hunting lessons that make our children more comfortable outdoors.”
He also called this push “blatant federal overreach” and a part of the Biden Administration’s “anti-gun hysteria” saying it has “no business impeding on the lives of aspiring young outdoorsmen and undermining the rights of law-abiding Wisconsinites.”
His resolution condemning the move by the DoE and the President is backed by the National Shooting Sports Foundation and Safari Club International.
