The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a fatality that occurred at Devil’s Lake State Park.
The lifeless body of an individual was discovered by hikers along the West Bluff on the evening of the previous day.
The incident was reported to the Department of Natural Resources after two hikers became separated during their excursion.
Subsequently, authorities received a notification regarding the deceased person’s body.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the individual’s demise could be attributed to a fall from the bluff.
