A 55-year-old convicted sex offender is set to be released from jail soon and will be residing in rural Manitowoc County.
John. M. Fabian was convicted on a charge of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 1993 and has served his sentence as imposed by the courts.
Upon his release, Fabian will be living in a home located at 5716 State Highway 310 in Manitowoc.
He is required to follow the rules as established by the Department of Corrections but is not wanted at this time.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office released this information not to instill fear in the community, but rather to make sure everyone is well informed.
Any abuse, intimidation, or harassment of Fabian will not be tolerated.
