Bail has been set at $50 cash for a 22-year-old Manitowoc man recently arrested for his 2nd OWI.
Randy Tepiew-Wright was also charged with Felony Bail Jumping after he was seen driving on South Rapids Road at speeds of around 65 miles per hour.
An officer pulled him over just after 12:30 p.m. and noticed a smell of intoxicants coming from the car along with Tepiew-Wright’s bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.
As a part of his bail, Tepiew-Wright has been ordered to not operate any motor vehicles.
He will be back in court on August 14th.
