Home Sales up in Manitowoc County for January

Home Sales in Manitowoc County last month rose by a whopping 85% while the median price fell compared to January of 2017.  According to figures from the Wisconsin Realtors Association-the number of homes sold in the county was 74 compared to 40 a year ago.  Meanwhile, the-median price for those properties dropped by nearly 23% from $124,000 one year ago to-$95,750 in January 2018.
