A Green Bay man accused of filming a child in the locker room of a YMCA has now officially been charged.
48-year-old Michael Winfree, who was previously charged with possessing child pornography, is facing a charge of Capturing an Intimate Representation Without Consent of a Minor Victim.
Winfree allegedly had set up a hidden camera in the Howard YMCA where he recorded a 7-year-old boy changing out of a swimsuit.
It is not clear when the footage was taken, but it was found in June.
The YMCA and Green Bay Police conducted a search of the entire building to ensure no additional hidden devices were placed, and none were found.
Winfree is due back in Brown County Circuit Court on Monday for his preliminary hearing.
